When do you require payment? Payment will be taken at the time of ordering.
Are my details secure when checking out? All payment pages comply with the latest security standards. Look for icons such as a padlock or unbroken key at the top or bottom of the browser as a sign that encryption is used.
A padlock image shows that your details are being collected securely using 128 bit SSL technology. Clicking on the padlock will show you the SSL certificate. Depending on what Internet web browser you’re using, the padlock can be located in 3 different areas

What else can you look for? If you can’t see the padlock on the payment page, make sure the URL starts with ‘https’ instead of ‘http’. The extra ‘s’ shows you the page is secure.
Can I cancel my order? Yes. You have up to 48 hours before the day of delivery to cancel your order. Please email us at email@example.com with your wish to cancel your order.
Can we taste a sample? At present, we do not offer any sample sizes or tasting sessions, however, come and visit us at local events near you and try our dumplings. Follow us on Facebook or Twitter and we’ll let you know what events we will be at.
How much notice is needed when ordering my dumplings? Orders can be made up to 48 hours before the delivery date. This is dependent on whether the item is available to order.
How fresh are my dumplings? Dumpling King dumplings are freshly made by hand, on the day of delivery. The meat is provided by the award winning butcher’s, Aubrey Allen and holder of The Royal Warrant. Ingredients and vegetables are supplied by Yet Sun Hong, a respected local Chinese wholesaler of Chinese goods in Coventry. With handmade products, discrepancies may occur to the shape and size of each individual product due to the nature in which they are made. Each individual product will differ in size and shape but the taste and ingredients will always remain the same throughout.
Where do you deliver? We deliver in and around Warwick, Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Coventry, Rugby, Southam, Warwick University and Coventry University. To confirm that we can deliver to your address, just enter your postcode at the product page or check the Delivery Information page for details.
When do you deliver? We deliver 3 times per week to the postal areas stated on the Delivery Information page. Deliveries are currently scheduled on a Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 5pm and 8pm.
Why can’t I choose my delivery time? All our routes are carefully planned each delivery day we make. We do this to reduce our carbon emissions, and also to find the quickest route possible.
What if I am not at home to accept the delivery? We ask you that when you place your order, you will be available to take delivery at the time specified. Due to the nature of the products being fresh and therefore perishable, to keep the dumplings as tasty as possible, the products need to be placed into the fridge immediately.
Delivery of an Order On the day delivery is requested, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a complete and correct address is supplied, along with a correct phone number for contact. It is also the customer’s responsibility that there is someone to accept the delivery at the address. Dumpling King cannot accept responsibility for late or missing deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect information supplied, or because there is no-one to accept delivery.
Can I recycle my packaging? Dumpling King are always conscious of the environment and as such we recommend that all packaging is disposed of in the correct manner as governed by law. Our packaging is coded PS6 and PP5 and should be recycled as household item. Please check your local authority for further information regarding recycling in your area.
What’s the best way of storing my products? The dumplings should be kept refrigerated upon delivery if to be eaten within 24hrs. However, the dumplings are suitable for home freezing and will remain fresh and tasty when frozen for up to 1 month of delivery.
Cancellations/Changes to orders
I made a mistake when ordering, can I change my order? Alterations to orders may be requested, but we may not be able to accommodate late changes. Additional charges where applicable may apply for any changes.
Will I get a refund when I cancel my order? We can only guarantee a full refund of your order if we receive your order cancellation instructions at least 48 hours before the delivery time.
